Rules and guarantees
General provisions
SkyTall is a marketplace for digital assets in the Telegram ecosystem.
The platform provides tools to buy, sell, and rent digital items and is not a party to transactions between users, except where expressly stated in these rules. By using the service, you agree to these rules and confirm that you understand the nature of digital assets and related operations.
Which assets are available
The following asset types may be listed on SkyTall:
- Collectible Telegram gifts
- Collectible Telegram numbers
- Telegram usernames
- Other digital assets supported by the platform
Each asset has individual characteristics (type, rarity, edition number, status) shown on the item card.
Buying assets
- When you buy an asset, it is credited to “My items”.
- Title to the asset transfers after payment completes successfully.
- After crediting, the asset may be:
- used,
- withdrawn to Telegram,
- listed for sale,
- rented out (if supported for that asset type).
SkyTall guarantees correct transfer of the asset after successful payment.
Renting assets
- For the tenant
- Rent grants temporary access to the asset for the selected term.
- When the rental ends, access to the asset ends automatically.
- During the rental, the asset may not be resold or transferred to third parties.
- The tenant may extend the rental if allowed by the asset owner.
- For the asset owner
- The owner may stop renting out at any time.
- In that case:
- the current rental continues until the paid period ends,
- extensions are no longer available,
- when the period ends, the asset is removed from rent and returned to the owner.
Disputes
- If a dispute arises, users may contact support. Each request is reviewed individually using transaction history and platform technical logs.
